Do you accept insurance, and which plans do you cover?

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, any relevant medical records from previous providers, and a list of questions or concerns you'd like to discuss. Arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.

Are your telehealth consultations secure and confidential?

Absolutely. Our telehealth platform is fully HIPAA-compliant and uses end-to-end encryption to protect your privacy. All virtual consultations are conducted in a secure environment, and your health information is kept strictly confidential, just like in-person visits.

Do you offer mental health services for children and teenagers?

Yes, we provide comprehensive mental health services for patients of all ages, including children and adolescents. Our licensed therapists specialize in pediatric mental health and offer individual therapy, family counseling, and psychiatric evaluations in a supportive, age-appropriate environment.

What vaccinations do you offer, and are they covered by insurance?

We offer a complete range of vaccinations including flu shots, COVID-19 vaccines, travel vaccines, childhood immunizations, and adult vaccines like shingles and pneumonia. Most insurance plans cover preventive vaccines at no cost. We'll verify your coverage before administration.

Can I get prescription refills without an office visit?

For established patients on stable medication regimens, we can often process prescription refills through telehealth consultations or secure messaging. However, controlled substances and certain medications require periodic office visits as mandated by law and medical guidelines.
